Telegram is changing its moderation rules after the arrest of Pavel Durov.

Now users of private chats can "flag illegal content" for review, as stated in the updated version of the FAQ page.

Previously, Telegram claimed it didn’t interfere with moderation in private groups. But it seems times are changing...
