HOW TO WIN IN TRADING GAME

The market often punishes those who react emotionally. Investors' feelings change based on current trends—when prices rise, they feel bullish and start buying, creating a false sense of security. But in reality, the higher prices go, the closer they are to reversing.

The opposite is true when prices fall—people feel bearish and sell, creating an unsafe atmosphere. To succeed, you need to think ahead. If you become bullish after prices rise, you'll buy at the top; if you become bearish after a drop, you'll sell at the bottom.

Markets are forward-thinking, so by the time news hits, it’s already reflected in the price. I follow this rule: the more bullish content I see, the more bearish I feel; the more bearish content, the more bullish I become. This applies to news as well—the more negative it is, the closer we are to a turnaround.
