Germany has been actively selling its Bitcoin holdings. On June 19, 2024, they moved the first batch when the price was around $67,000. Since then, they have frequently been moving their Bitcoin holdings. This has resulted in increased selling pressure and, perhaps more significantly, negative sentiment among other investors, further exacerbating the selling pressure.
Today, Germany moved another 4,700 BTC, which is likely to be sold. They started with 49,800 BTC and are now halfway through, currently holding 22,845 BTC.
