La presentación en cuestión es un prospecto S-3 modificado, un tipo de formulario de registro utilizado por empresas que previamente han cumplido con otros requisitos de presentación de informes.

El analista de ETF de Bloomberg, James Seyffart, sugirió en una publicación X que la presentación no introduce cambios significativos.

“Mucha gente pregunta qué significa esto. No lo he leído todo, pero [es] solo [un] punto de datos más que confirma que Grayscale está en conversaciones con la SEC y está realizando actualizaciones/cambios en sus documentos de oferta después de discusiones y comentarios de la SEC. Buscando cualquier otra información nueva".
