Approximately 6,500 BTC, valued at $425 million, were moved from a wallet identified by Arkham Intelligence as belonging to the German government.
Subsequently, 1,000 BTC were sent to crypto wallets associated with the Kraken and Bitstamp exchanges.
At the time of writing, the German government's wallet holds 43,359 BTC, worth $2.83 billion.
