Crypto Twitter, TikTok, YT shorts, Telegram, and Discord has caused us to become dopamine chasing fiends.
You feel as if you have to do something every day instead of just chilling.
Try meditating, long walks, & eating w/o your phone.
Input = absorbing information, or being entertained
Output = building, writing, creating
Neutral = nothing's happening in your mind.
Neutral is when your brain has the space to work and come up with new ideas.
That's why some of your best ideas are when you're in the shower.
Over the past 2 decades, the amount of "Neutral" time has disappeared.
We can barely eat a meal or wait in line without the need to be stimulated.
Why? Because we can instantly be stimulated with the magical device in our pockets. There's a cost to this.
