According to Odaily, CosmosHub's Proposal 917, initiated by Dora Factory, has been approved by a majority vote from the community. This approval marks the first time that Cosmos Hub has an indigenous quadratic community funding program. A million dollars will be injected into the DoraHacks AEZ quadratic funding matching pool. This funding will be used to continuously support Cosmos' public goods and application chain ecosystem infrastructure over a period of two years through ten rounds of quadratic funding.

The proposal, being the largest treasury grant application in recent times for Cosmos Hub, sparked widespread discussion within the Cosmos community and received extensive support. Over a billion dollars' worth of ATOM votes were cast in favor, including those from SG-1, Chorus One, P2P.org, Zero Knowledge Validator, and core contributors to Cosmos such as Informal System, Keplr, and Cosmostation. The approval rate reached as high as 91.9%, making Proposal 917 the most supported motion in the history of Cosmos governance.

The second round of AEZ quadratic funding has already begun. Developers can submit BUIDL through the global geek movement platform DoraHacks.io. At the same time, the community can donate to Cosmos' public goods through quadratic funding at any time.
