Well, here’s a quick one to show you exactly how to get started.
The process is simple; Kim earns fees every time people swap (which is, like, a lot), those fees go to LPers and, of course, to the protocol. Since the launch of $KIM and $xKIM, that protocol is now, well, you (kinda). So you deserve those fees, anon.
Do note that if you got the airdrop, we gave you some $xKIM - so, should you desire, you can skip right to the Optimizing Yields section.
Staking Your $KIM

Enter the amount of $KIM tokens you wanna stake. In this case, 76.62 (i wanted to do 69 in hindsight but I’d already taken the screenshot). Hit “Approve”
If this is your first time staking $KIM, you’ll need to approve the spending cap. Hit Next -> Approve.
Okay, super easy, right? Now, hit “Convert”

All done, anon. You’ve successfully staked your $KIM tokens.
Now the real fun begins.
Optimizing Protocol Yields with $xKIM
Okay NOW we can start having fun, anon. We can now allocate our sweet $xKIM to plugins and start optimizing yields throughout Kim.
We should say, of course, that this is just the beginning. The plethora of plugins that will adorn Kim, and the utility of your $xKIM, is just getting started. Expect more. Expect innovation. Expect an explosion of $xKIM utility.
Anyway, after that Ted Talk, let’s start earning protocol fees together:
Now, staying on this page, you can see I have a huge bag of $xKIM (ikr, tell ur gfs).
I’m gonna hit Stake inside the Rewards tab.
Next, I’ll hit Allocate, enter the amount of $xKIM I wanna allocate, and approve the transaction(s) in my MetaMask.
⚠️Remember, anon, if this is your first time staking $xKIM you will need to do two transactions since you gotta approve the spending limit with the contract first!
Okay, voila. EZPZ. Now I’m automatically earning a portion of the protocol earnings simply by staking my $xKIM tokens.
