📊 According to Nansen data, the largest stablecoin by market capitalization, USDT, was used in transactions amounting to $654 billion over the last 30 days, while DAI exceeded $394 billion, and USDC was used for transactions totaling $321 billion.
💰 The total volume ($1.369 trillion) surpasses Visa's average monthly volume in 2023, which was $1.23 trillion.
🔍 It is noted that Tether alone nearly matched Mastercard's monthly transaction volume.
🧐 However, there are discrepancies regarding which stablecoin actually leads in transaction volume. Visa claims that USDC holds this position, if bot activity is excluded and focus is placed on isolated large transactions.
