You will never get rich by just gambling.

Unrealized gains don’t mean shit. Only realized gains matter.
You could be up $10k and be down $10k a few hours later, especially with micro caps.
The best way to take profits is to scale out on the way up.
Maybe sell 10% of your bag every day or 2, or everytime the coin pumps 50%.
