According to Foresight News, Jito Labs, a developer of MEV infrastructure for the Solana ecosystem, has announced the suspension of its mempool feature provided through the Jito Block Engine. The decision was made due to the negative external effects on Solana users. The suspension took effect on March 9 at 6:00 Beijing time, while Bundles and other block engine features will continue to operate normally.
Jito Labs stated that it will continue to focus on the Jito network, aiming to make Solana the best execution environment for users and provide additional sources of income for validators and stakers.
