BTC is going down, altcoins also go down

$HBAR $SEI $DOGE After a significant movement last night. Today the movement is quite slow, the charts are also a bit falling down (1h charts).

Most of posts suggest to buy/long as they are good price now. You can buy and hold, up to you. However, I recognized the surged last night was not enough to make a dump.

So there might 2 scenarios can happen
1️⃣ Slightly down, or sideways price next 1-2 days
2️⃣ Heavily surge tonight (from now to next 5 hours)

I still await see the greenlight before buying. No rush to catch bottom of price, right?
