According to blockchain analytics firm Amberdata, a major Ethereum (ETH) whale has dumped 6,500 ETH, worth approximately $22.24 million, in the past two hours. The address in question, belonging to James Fickel, founder of the Amaranth Foundation, had previously deposited a significant amount of WBTC into Aave to borrow ETH. This recent sale marks a reduction in Fickel's ETH/BTC long position, which was previously valued at $204 million. The address currently holds 575.3 WBTC worth of ETH/BTC long positions. Market analysts believe this move could indicate a shift in sentiment among large investors in the ETH/BTC market.
