Despite this, Samsung aims to increase its share of the HBM market, expecting the chips to account for 50% of its HBM sales by the fourth quarter. Nvidia's Blackwell GPUs, in high demand from AI tech giants, are critical to AI data center performance and are being produced in large quantities to meet growing demand.
