Trump Media & Technology Group (TMTG) has recently applied for a trademark for a crypto payment platform called “TruthFi”. The application was filed on Monday and could be a strategic move to secure the TruthFi name for future crypto-related operations. TMTG is currently exploring acquisitions and is reportedly in talks to acquire the crypto trading platform Bakkt.
However, with TMTG’s small workforce of fewer than 36 employees, many are wondering how they plan to pursue a large-scale crypto venture.
