Back in 2009/10 I was watching the Keiser Report on RT and Max kept going on about this thing called Bitcoin. I checked it out and installed a wallet on my computer.

And then..... nothing. I didn't put the time or effort in and I missed out. How much? Maybe millions, who knows?

But, here's the thing, what I did buy was physical gold and silver, and since then my money has more than doubled and I still have every single gram. I'm pretty sure if I had bought $BTC I would have sold most of it many years ago. How many people who bought in the early days held all this time? Almost none.

This is not a post promoting precious metals and it's certainly not about feeling sorry for myself for missing out, it's about accepting that what happens is what happens, and if anything else had happened, I wouldn't be where I am now and, as always, this moment is perfect and the next is a perfect mystery.
