Bank of America: The Fed's sharp rate cut will help the economy avoid recession
On September 20, the United States Federal Reserve announced a 50-basis-point rate cut, and Bank of America stated that the Federal Reserve may choose to make a significant rate cut, cutting an additional 75 basis points this year and 125 basis points by 2025, to help the U.S. economy avoid a recession. As the rate cut becomes a reality, the credit industry, which has already digested the recession in the U.S. economy, is expected to recover from the low pricing.
