ETH/BTC exchange rate fell below 0.04, hitting a new low since April 2021

PANew reported on September 16 that according to monitoring by @ai_9684xtpa, the ETH/BTC exchange rate has fallen below the 0.04 mark, currently at 0.03874, reaching a new low since April 2021.
