I often come across posts asking, "Can Solana overtake Ethereum?" So, I ran the numbers.
For Solana to surpass Ethereum's current market cap, its price would need to jump by 350%, resulting in a SOL price of $625.
Of course, this is purely hypothetical and assumes Ethereum stays at the same level, which is unlikely.
Still, the calculation highlights the significant gap between the two. Solana would need to add $230 billion in market cap to reach that point.
