blockchain gaming platform WEMIX has introduced a new cross-chain plan called Unbound Networking & Accelerated Growth Initiative (unagi). The core of unagi is a highly accessible cross-chain, spanning on-chain and off-chain domains, achieved through a messaging protocol called unagi(x). In addition to on-chain messaging, the protocol also supports decentralized off-chain messaging, overcoming computational limitations associated with contracts running on specific blockchains. Initially, unagi(x) will support EVM networks and will expand its compatibility with #non-EVM environments in the future. Currently, unagi supports eight blockchain networks, including Arbitrum, Avalanche, #BNB Smart Chain, Ethereum, Kroma (WEMIX L2 project), #Optimism, Polygon, and WEMIX3.0.
