🗿When everything is red on the market and your PNL shows -$XX every day, your disappointments confuse you, your mood changes, and accordingly, it all affects your emotions very badly. 🤦🏻♂️
👁️🗨️My advice is simple, set a coin reminder, when the price reaches the level you want (for example, the price at which you bought it) you will receive a notification and you can regain your mood and multiply it.
It's a common thing, but it will save you emotions. Don't go to the market every second to see how much PNL has grown or shrunk.
To write this post for you, I went to the stock exchange, so everything is red. It's not nice to see this, but I know what I'm in the market for.
