On Monday, Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin transferred more than $1 million in crypto to one of the largest crypto exchanges in America, according to Etherscan.
It is unclear why Buterin transferred 600 Ether, valued at more than $1 million, to Coinbase, which is currently embroiled in a heated legal battle with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
