If you are a sentry node operator that has a manual install via script or yourself, can you please upgrade to v5.0.2:

Quick Upgrade for Sentry Node Script Installs
Login to your VPS via root Run the cmd

sysmasternode

If this does not work, run the cmd
source ~/.bashrc
then rerun
sysmasternode

Follow prompts to upgrade.

If you are with NodeHub/Allnodes or another node provider, you do not need to do anything.

Syscoin 5.0 Upgrade Notice

- @f2pool_official has successfully switched to 5.0. Other miners are upgrading now with new AuxPoW tags—this update is more complex for mining pools, so is taking a bit longer.

- We are currently monitoring for chainlocks.

- Linux and Apple wallets can be sourced from latest release;

After this hardfork and upgrade, total/circulating supply may increase. Annual inflation will range from the current 3.5% to max 10.79%, depending on governance outcomes.

This is not fixed inflation — new tokens are minted only if proposals are approved.
Reaching the max would take over 10 months of proposals exceeding 105%, triggering 10% monthly budget increases.
