A quick description of this curve is. It is a Demand and Supply Curve. With Price on Y axis(Vertical) and Quantity on X axis(Horizontal)

The Price is Determined by demand and Supply. When the demand increases no matter the Quantity Of Supplies, the Price will Increase by Simple reason( to add some Value to what is Bought)

BUT when the demand decreases and the supply remains high… and Conditions which can affect the Demand don’t come into play, then the Price by all means price Reduce to give away price😅

On the other hand When the demand is proportional to the Supply or say Equal to. At that price where they are equal, Equilibrium is defined.

Some conditions which can affect demand(price).
1.Wars.
2.Bilateral relations and agreements.(government policies)
3.Natural disasters(Worse/good).
4.Marketing(high/low).
And so many More….

That’s why in Countries with political instabilities the currency value for that country is always low.
