Open interest on ether-tracked futures reached a record $14 billion, accounting for 67% of bitcoin open interest.
Activity also increased at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, with ether futures trading reaching a record $2.85 billion.
Traders are showing more exposure to ETH relative to Bitcoin.
