How much money will invest in a particular coin so that how much price of coin increase or decrease by increase or decrease of investment ❓
The answer of this question is very simple. we have a formula for it. the formula is
price of coin = market cap / circulating supply
For Example if a coin have the market cap of 1million dollars. and its supply is 250,000 then we will put the values in formula we will get the answer 4 so its price will be 4 dollars.
Now we will take real coin Example. there is a coin name is POWR. right now its market cap is 159.27 million dollars and its circulating supply is 512,375,110. now if we divide its market cap by circulating supply then the answer will be 0.3108 and currently its price is 0.3108.
this price is in real time. maybe the price will not be this when you are reading.
If you want to calculate how much money is invested in a coin after it has pumped or dumped by a certain percentage, you can calculate the price before and after the change and then find the difference.
