So I will start to explain why this project is not a scam. The first point to explain is the top 10 holders having 70% of total emission.

If you think that when top holders have a big part of emission it is a scam? So let's compare with other similar projects of Layer 2.

ARB have 54.6% of total emission in top 10 holders and 83.12% in top 100 holders.
Op have 67.23% of total emission in top 10 holders and 89.38% in top 100 holders.
Polygon(MATIC) have 93.99% of total emission in top 10 holders and 96.02% in top 100 holders.
STRK have 70.69% of total emission in top 10 holders and 94.72% in top 100 holders.
So we can see that the STRK situation is similar to Op and even better then MATIC, but we don't see people telling that Op and MATIC are scams due to that fact. So if you see people saying that STRK is cam because of that fact just know that them want to deceive you.

Now let's talk about the project, investors and tokenomics!
StarkNet is a permissionless decentralized Validity-Rollup (also known as a “ZK-Rollup”). It operates as an L2 network over Ethereum, enabling any dApp to achieve unlimited scale for its computation.

StarkNet project have four TIER 1 investors, eight TIER 2 investors and nine TIER 3 investors. What means that there are good bakers interested in this project, and ofcourse that means that it is not a scam.

Total of $282 Million invested in the project, what obviously is a very good point, one more time showing that it is not a scam.

Now let's talk about tokenomics.

STRK total supply is 10 Billion coins. Now are only 7% unlocked, which was from an airdrop, so that's why the price is going down, with a $1.3Billion Market cap.
If we compare it with other Layer 2 project like MATIC which reached $20Billion market cap on last bullrun, we can suppose that the $STRK can reach it too or even more.
Let's suppose that STRK reaches $10Billion Market Cap, it will costs 13$ per coin, so if you buy now with a 1.80$ price you will have 7x ROI.
Also there will be big unlocks for investors in this and 2025 year and also in this year will start the Bullrun, so they will take advantage and pump the token price, to sell after with a good gains.

What is the best price to buy STRK?

STRK is now traiding with a 1.88$ price. I recommend to wait and buy on 1.7$ or lower. But as i said before if you buy with a 1.8$ price you probably will have a 700% profit or even more.
