According to BlockBeats, Linea has launched a biometric verification tool called PrivadoID on July 2. This tool was developed in collaboration with Synaps and Verax Attestation Registry, aiming to establish a more human-centric and privacy-focused community.

The working mechanism of PrivadoID is as follows: It verifies whether an individual is unique through a 3D facial scan, without storing any biometric data. The proof is then anchored to Verax to obtain PoH (Proof of Humanity) eligibility for LXP. After 14 days, the verification process is repeated to strengthen the PoH credentials.

All Dapps compatible with EMV can access these proofs on Verax to ensure the uniqueness of users. This development is a significant step towards enhancing privacy and user verification in the digital world.
