According to Foresight News, Galaxy Research Vice President Christine Kim summarized the 194th Ethereum Core Developers Execution (ACDE) call. During this week's meeting, developers reported that Pectra Devnet 2 has stabilized. However, there are issues related to the merge block builder specifications on the information page, and problems persist with Teku/Erigon nodes and the Prysm client, which are still under testing.

Prysm developer Potuz introduced EIP 7732, a formal proposal to implement proposer-builder separation on Ethereum. The developers aim to launch Pectra Devnet 3 with the EIP 7702 update specifications within two weeks. If everything goes according to plan, developers intend to include EOF in the subsequent Pectra Devnet 4.
