Historically, during every bull market, the Ethereum Foundation sold significant amounts of ETH , which often coincided almost perfectly with market peaks according to IntoTheBlock
In the current cycle, the Ethereum Foundation has not yet made any significant sales, which may indicate that the price peak is still ahead, or they have changed their strategy.
