I only started with crypto some months ago, but have been taking interest in the Cardano-project for a long time.
I have a strong belief in it's inherent value and long term growth. This firm belief helps me to do better trades and helps me cope with my #FOMO .
When I started was very focussed on the value of my coins in EURO. This made trading more complex.
Now I only seek to gain more ADA, regardless of it's value in € or $.
I buy others coins when they are relatively low compared tot ADA and I write down how much ADA I had to Pay for it. Then I just sell them when I get more ADA in return (like 5 or 10% more. I learned to accept 'small' profits).

Not thinking in € or $ helps me to remain calm and not make emotional decisions.

And in the long run, ADA will rise and then I'll harvest the fruits of my Patience :-)
